Feedback Forms – How do you know if the training that has been delivered has been effective?

Not an easy question to answer because it depends on how and what you term as effective.

  • Do you want to measure the ROI (Return on Investment)?
  • Were the learning objectives were achieved?
  • Do you need to validate the training?
  • Do you want to measure the effectiveness of the trainer/training?

The main things to remember when creating:

  • Keep the feedback form to just a page
  • Ask questions that are related to how you would term the training as effective
  • Do ask the odd open question
  • Make sure that if the training is due to finish at 1630, the feedback form is able to be completed before then
